Hello

Hi everyone. It was good to get the email today telling me about the reunion and also this site. I try to get back to Oklahoma about once a year or so but seldom get back to Enid since my parents live in the southwest part and my husband's family live in the OKC area. My brother and his family still live in Enid though so I still have some ties to Enid.

My husband, Randy, and I have been in the Atlanta area for 22 years. We will be married 25 years this April. We have one daughter, Elizabeth, who is a senior in high school. She has be accepted to OCU and plans on attending this next fall. Randy and I are taking this opportunity to move back to Oklahoma so we will be back this summer in the OKC area.

I have attached a link to an article recently done on Randy so that you can read what has been going on in my life for the last few years and also why when you see me you understand the gray in my hair. Between Randy and raising a beautiful teenage girl I have my share.

Hope you all have been great and hope to see you soon. Elise Ellis

Randy is doing great he is

Randy is doing great he is just dealing with the meds now. He takes them, gets blood work done, then everything changes again. I know it will all even out someday though. I am so glad your husband is doing well after his transplant. Our lives really have had a few miracles. You are in our prays, Elise

Klisa, I am so glad your

Klisa,
I am so glad your husband is going better. Yes, I think we all should believe in miracles big and small. As all of us have grown through life we take so many things for granted. My hsuband had a heart attach 2 years ago and what a wake up call it puts on your life. I hope your husband continues to emprove and he will be added to my prayer list.
It will be good to see everyone again in July.
May God continue to bless you and your family.
Nancy

Klista and Elise, I'm glad

Klista and Elise,
I'm glad to hear your husbands are both doing good. My husand is a 2x cancer survivor. My now 22-year-old son had a primary brain tumor removed at the age of 10. Now, my 25-year-old son is taking chemo treatments for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). We have all experienced miracles in our lives and I know we will have another one once Bradley's treatments are done. God is good and he is holding all of us! Hope to see everyone this summer, depends on if Bradley is still in treatments or not.

Lezlie, You and your family

Lezlie, You and your family are in my prayers. Please remember that God had a plan for all of us. Keep strong. I hope to see you this summer. I plan on being there if everything goes as planned. I am moving home or at least back to Oklahoma this summer and I just can't wait. As Randy & I were driving home yesterday from Nashville (where he has Dr's) we saw the sign for I 40 and both said we could just turn right and be on our way to Oklahoma. I think we are ready to see wheat fields and feel the wind again. Blessings to you, Elise

Elise & Klista' I am so

Elise & Klista'
I am so happy that your families are whole again. It is a great and tragic event that happens. Iknow this very well my self. When my wife died, we gave as much as could be taken. I know of three families that recieved a second chance because of our gift. And I know that Sandy is still living on in her new families. That has always helped.

Con!!!! I am so happy to

Con!!!! I am so happy to see you on here. I think of you often. I will be moving back to Oklahoma this summer sometime. You know, after the house sells and little things like that. Stay in touch and we can meet. We are looking at Norman or at least the southern part of OKC (closer to Lawton for the parents). I couldn't wait to leave Oklahoma but times have changed and I look forward to moving back as long as I get to see the ocean often. See you soon I hope.

Hi everyone, I haven't been

Hi everyone,

I haven't been to Enid for years. thanks for sending me a reunion postcard even though I did not graduate in 78 with everyone-I took the GED route due to several things. I soon became starved to learn and after graduating from what was Central State Univ. in Edmond with a BSN in Nursing and working at Presbyterian Hosp. in OKC, I moved to FT. Collins, Colo. to help my grandparents and loved it so I stayed. I am married to David Steele, a Co. native, and have two sons; Dylan,17, and Walker,15. I work at the Larimer Co. Health Dept. in the Immunization Program/Internatl' travel/Children's Imms. I am hoping to attend the reunion. I am enjoying reading those who are posting. Thanks!
